All orders are posted using standard delivery through Australia Post and are sent from Melbourne, Victoria.

Shipping to the United States is provided for in the shopping cart.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not allow for refunds or exchanges as a result of a change of mind.  If your product is faulty or damaged, we will happily replace the item.  However, Lowlaoo will not be responsible for any damage incurred through the shipping process.
